1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Valkyrie Media's services, including our website (www.valkyrieadvertising.life), LA School of Advertising program, and any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

Valkyrie Media provides marketing automation, advertising strategy, and educational services including:

• Marketing automation consulting and implementation
• LA School of Advertising - a 6-month educational program ($7,500)
• Free training materials and assessments
• Business consulting services

3. LA School of Advertising Program

3.1 Program Fee and Payment

• The program fee is $7,500 USD
• Payment plans available: $2,500 down payment + 5 monthly payments of $1,000
• All fees are non-refundable after 14 days from enrollment date
• Payment processing handled securely through Stripe

3.2 Program Duration and Requirements

• 6-month part-time program (10-15 hours/week commitment)
• Completion of all curriculum modules required for graduation
• Capstone project: Securing a paying client is required to graduate
• Equipment provided: Professional tripod and Rode microphone

3.3 Refund Policy

• 14-day money-back guarantee from enrollment date
• To request a refund, email support@valkyrieadvertising.life
• Refunds processed within 10 business days
• Equipment must be returned unused for full refund
• No refunds after 14 days or after completing more than 25% of curriculum

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and curriculum
• Polymodal Advertising Framework
• Socratic Sales Methodology
• Commitment Cascade Technique
• Power of Premium framework
• Photon Money Engine system
• Videos, text, graphics, and other materials

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Record, reproduce, or distribute course content without permission
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors

6. Results Not Guaranteed

While we provide proven frameworks and methodologies, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or client acquisition. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, market conditions, and implementation. Testimonials and case studies represent specific results and may not be typical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valkyrie Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive:

• Transactional emails (receipts, confirmations)
• Educational content and course materials
• Marketing communications about our services
• Important updates and announcements

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of while you're an active student or client.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
